Welcome to XRayTrade. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to, accessing, or using XRayTrade indicators, software, or services ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

XRayTrade provides trading indicators and analysis tools for use on supported platforms including TradingView and NinjaTrader. Our Services include:

3. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: XRayTrade Edge is offered as a monthly subscription at $49/month. Prices are subject to change with notice to existing subscribers.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically each month through Stripe, our payment processor. You authorize the recurring charge to your payment method on file.

Access Delivery: Indicator access is granted via TradingView invite-only script access to the TradingView username you provide, within 24 hours of purchase. Use of the indicator's seconds-based engine requires a TradingView Premium plan or higher, which is your responsibility to maintain.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked in your welcome and billing emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and indicator access is removed at that time.

Refunds: Because access is granted promptly after purchase, no refunds are provided for partial or completed billing periods. Cancelling stops all future charges.

Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use XRayTrade indicators on your own trading accounts. You may NOT:

All XRayTrade indicators, code, designs, documentation, and branding are the exclusive property of XRayTrade and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a license to use, not ownership of, our intellectual property.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XRAYTRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
